What is Host EVENTS?

HOST is a corporate event services marketplace for in-person and virtual experiences. We do the vetting for you while providing event planning and event management support, registration landing pages, and product delivery.

How do I book with Host?

Do you have videos of past events?

For security purposes, we don’t share previous events, but feel free to read our Google Reviews.

How Long are the events?

Virtual events average 60 minutes unless specified otherwise. In-person events vary from 1hr-5hrs depending on the activity.

What happens after I book my event?

You will receive a booking confirmation email from our team. Your dedicated event coordinator will be in touch with you every step of the way.

Can my DIGItaL COLLATERAL & rsvp landing page be customized?

Sure! Just let us know what you would like changed/added.

What happens when my guests RSVP to host?

They will receive a confirmation e-mail and all necessary information for your specific event, including the option to add to their calendar. Additionally, HOST sends event email reminders/updates leading up to the event.

Can I see who has registered?

ABSOLUTELY! You will receive a daily email summary each time you have new registrants.

Do I have to use your RSVP form or can I manage my own?

No, BUT we strongly recommend you do, especially when you are having items delivered to your guests. This ensures we receive all necessary shipping information.

ZOOM is our preferred and trusted virtual events platform.

What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

VIRTUAL EVENTS

  • 100% refund if notified 14 days before the event

  • 50% refund for under 14 days

  • No refunds issued for cancellations within 72 hours

  • $200 fee for rescheduling within 72 hours

    • $350 during peak dates of 11/1-1/10

  • Deliveries are non-refundable once orders ship

  • Branded swag is non-refundable once order is placed

IRL EVENTS

  • 100% refund less any custom items (i.e. apparel, glassware, etc) with 28-day notice

  • 50% refund for 21-day notice of cancellation

  • No refund issued for cancellations under 21 days

  • 50% fee for rescheduling within 2 weeks of the event

  • Food/beverage orders not refunded with less than 72-hour notice

  • Custom/branded items are made in advance - they are non-refundable

Can you “hold” a date/time for me?

No.  Due to the high volume of bookings we cannot hold dates/times.
